mindlift.net is a company and a network of Danish and international consultants that successfully focuses on the critical activities and issues of organizations and companies – in good times or bad; for better or for worse. We are responsive, open-

Integration
mindlift.net has a unique international experience on the integration of ethnic minorities and refugees. For more than a decade, our consultants have been advising UN bodies, city governments, public institutions, organisations and private companies on various aspects regarding integration and the combat of xenophobia and racism. Our work has taken place in the Netherlands, the Balkans, South Africa, Pakistan and Denmark.
Good governance
We have assisted the Danish cities of Copenhagen and Aarhus and the Dutch cities of Rotterdam and Utrecht in concretising and implementing integration and diversity policies at local governmental workplaces. To that effect we have developed a dialogue tool on diversity at municipal workplaces.
Human resource management and organisational development
mindlift.net has specialised in helping companies and organisations in improving performance. We consider HR-management an obvisous way to achieving better results and more efficient work to the benefit of both employees and company. We have a wide range of experience and instruments to draw upon, but will always adapt our proposed solutions to the specific context of our client. Every person and every company is unique, and therefore all instrument should be as well.
We are certified in the use of a broad range of human resource tools, yet still responsive, open-minded and straightforward in our work with organisations.
